Information we process

We process customer email, company name, order and consent records, payment status, access-plan and usage records, technical security logs, uploaded media and generated screening results. Stripe processes card and billing details under its own privacy terms.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this information to create and fulfil the service contract, take payment, issue credits, provide screening results and support, prevent fraud, secure the service, keep accounting records and comply with legal obligations. Buying a plan does not subscribe the customer to marketing email.

Media retention

For the public SaaS, uploaded media and extracted frames are deleted after each processing request. Perceptual hashes may be retained for private duplicate detection. Order, access, usage, security and accounting records may be retained for legitimate support, fraud-prevention and legal recordkeeping needs.

Service providers and transfers

We use infrastructure, payment, email and image-analysis providers, including Stripe and Google Cloud, which may process data in other countries under their own contractual and technical safeguards. Web-detection requests may send sampled images to Google Cloud. We do not sell customer files or personal data.

Security and choices

Access codes should be kept private. Customers may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data and may object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Some payment, security and accounting records must be retained.
