What we collect

• Contact and business data: email, company/store name, website, target markets and support messages.
• Order and consent data: selected pack, payment and order status, terms version, acceptance timestamps, service requests, order history and security signals.
• Customer content: uploaded product images, text, spreadsheets, ZIP files and generated delivery files.
• Technical data: server logs such as IP address, browser details and error records needed to secure and operate the service.

Why we use it

We use data to create and fulfil the contract, take payment, provide support, handle cancellations, refunds and corrections, protect the portal, prevent fraud, keep accounting records and comply with legal obligations. Where required, we rely on consent for optional marketing; an order does not automatically subscribe you to marketing email.

Processors and international transfers

We may share only the data needed with infrastructure providers, Stripe for payment, email/support providers, and AI/model providers used to process an order. These providers can operate in other countries. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer. We do not sell customer files or personal data.

Retention

Customer source and delivery files may be deleted 30 days after delivery, so customers should download promptly. Order, consent, payment, tax, security, support and accounting records may be kept longer where required by law or legitimate fraud-prevention and recordkeeping needs. Backups expire on their normal rotation.

Security

Order access is protected by a high-entropy access key; only a hash of that key is stored. Files are stored outside the public web directory. Payment card data is handled on Stripe-hosted checkout. Transactional email failures are retained in a restricted retry queue so notices are not silently lost. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so do not upload secrets or unrelated personal data.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to a data-protection authority. Some records cannot be erased immediately when tax, accounting, legal or security retention applies. Submit a privacy request in the private order page or email support with the order number; never send the order access key by email.
