Listing Studio Service Terms

1. Service and scope

We prepare channel-specific listing drafts, audits, structured product data, image quality reports and related delivery files according to the selected pack. The order page states the SKU allowance and indicative service time. Processing time begins after cleared payment and receipt of complete, usable source files. Marketplace account access, direct publishing, licensed third-party research data and legal or regulatory approval are excluded unless expressly quoted.

2. Customer responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to provide all product images, text, brand assets and data. You must provide accurate product facts and review every output before publication. You remain responsible for marketplace submissions, product safety, claims, intellectual property, taxes and compliance in each destination market.

3. AI-assisted work

Outputs may be produced with automated and AI-assisted tools and then passed through rule-based checks and, where the pack states, human review. Image recognition and generated text can be incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee ranking, traffic, sales, approval by a marketplace, or inclusion in an AI search result.

4. Price, payment and records

Launch packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Prices are in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added or handled on the invoice. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Listing Studio. The order portal records the terms version, acceptance time and immediate-service request and lets the customer download an order confirmation. A VAT registration number is shown only on a VAT invoice where applicable; do not treat an order confirmation as a VAT invoice unless it is explicitly marked.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may submit a structured cancellation or refund request through the private order page or contact support. If we have not begun processing, we will normally issue a full refund. If you asked us to begin during an applicable statutory cancellation period, we may retain a proportionate amount for work already supplied; after full performance, a cancellation right may be lost where the law permits and the required consent was given. Defective or materially incomplete work will be corrected, re-performed, or refunded as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable statutory rights.

6. Delivery and revisions

Indicative times are not guarantees where source data is incomplete, a platform rule requires seller confirmation, or the order needs clarification. A pack includes one reasonable correction round for errors against supplied facts when requested within seven days of delivery. New products, new markets, changed source facts or a new creative direction may require another pack.

7. Files and confidentiality

Source and delivery files are kept outside the public website directory. We use them to fulfil, support and secure the order and may use vetted hosting, payment and model providers as processors. Download delivery files promptly; source and delivery files may be deleted 30 days after delivery, while payment and order records may be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention and accounting needs.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost marketplace ranking, account action caused by customer publication, or unsupported claims supplied by the customer. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing terms and contact
